Golden Golf Course Ski Trails & The Golden Golf Club

With the gracious support of the Golden Golf Club, the Golden Nordic Ski Club is able to set tracks for classic skiing when conditions allow. The track setting is done by our club’s volunteers and the fuel for the machine is paid for by the donations from visiting skiers.

We thank the Golden Golf Club for their ongoing support.

Let’s be a good guest and abide by the following expectations:

• Please don’t venture off the trails as the Golden Golf Club needs their greens, tees, and fairways to be in good shape for the summer season. Stay on the trails.

• Leave your dog at home. Dogs are not allowed on the Golden golf course ski trails.

• Respect all trail signs and markings.

To help your fellow skiers have a good time, you can also consider the following:

• When stopped and resting, step off the trail to let others go by.

• Downhill skiers have the right-of-way.

• Avoid herringboning up the ski tracks.

• Only bring your classic cross-country skis! Skate skiing, walking, snowshoeing, fat biking, and all other activities are not permitted at this trail system.

• Leave your loudspeakers at home. Most people ski here to enjoy the peacefulness of this beautiful place.
